Our Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at clothingunexclusive@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at clothingunexclusive@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right. For items that aren’t up to standard, we don’t offer cash refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit to ensure you’re taken care of.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We allow returns for items in good condition, but we can’t simply refund everyone. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, use any store credit provided (if applicable) or make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that while we accept returns, cash refunds are not available; we’ll provide store credit for items not up to standard.
Refunds and Store Credit
We don’t offer cash refunds, but we’re committed to making things right as we continue to grow. If an item isn’t up to standard (e.g., defective or damaged), we’ll offer store credit upon receiving and inspecting your return. You’ll be notified once we’ve reviewed your return and informed whether store credit has been approved. If approved, the store credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days.
For items returned in good condition under our 30-day policy or the EU 14-day cooling-off period, we’ll accept the return but won’t issue refunds or credit unless the item fails to meet our quality standards. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your store credit and you haven’t received it, please contact us at clothingunexclusive@gmail.com.
